Summary
At NPC Capital we are dedicated to identifying high-potential opportunities in the rapidly evolving digital asset space. We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our team and help us implement our investment projects.
As a crypto asset manager, our primary goal is to maximize returns while engaging in market making activities and identifying exciting projects. Your role will involve collaborating with our partners to develop cutting edge solutions in digital asset space.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement blockchain-based applications and systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that can efficiently query data from various blockchains
- Basic understanding of how to sign crypto transactions and optimize for tx inclusion, while minimizing fees.
- Conduct testing and debugging of blockchain applications.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in blockchain technology.
- Participate in the design and implementation of smart contracts.
- Work closely with the research and investment teams to support technical aspects of investment strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and support.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- A strong GitHub profile can be used in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with reading and writing Rust/Solidity code is a plus.
- Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Bonus Points
- Experience with API integrations and third-party software integrations
- Experience or internships in similar roles
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
- Familiarity with the Polygon Ecosystem
