At NPC Group we build and incubate new crypto projects. We are seeking a talented Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our team. As an EIR, you will play a pivotal role in building, driving, and bringing success to a project as a founder.

Overview

NPC Group is a partner firm of Polygon Labs aiming to incubate, fund, and accelerate projects building on Polygon network. We are a small group of motivated crypto native individuals focused on building interesting projects while collaborating with talented people and founders to generate returns.

As an EIR at NPC Group, you’ll be working closely with our team to explore new startup ideas, validate market opportunities, and launch your own venture within the Polygon ecosystem. Whether you're a repeat founder, an operator looking to build, or an industry expert with deep Web3 insights, this role gives you the resources, network, and backing to bring bold ideas to life. You’ll be building within one of the most vibrant Web3 ecosystems, gaining direct access to Polygon’s network, tech, and strategic partners along with NPC Group’s expertise.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the project's long-term vision. You will be responsible for developing broad strategies to ensure the project's success.
• Commit to product or service development. Define the scope and functional specifications of the product, ensuring it is implemented correctly.
• Find partners and investors. Develop partnerships and build relationships with investors to support the project.
• Recruit and manage staff. Define the necessary positions and profiles, then recruit and manage the team to ensure alignment with the company's vision and mission.
• Manage finances and budget. You will define the budget and monitor the project's financial viability.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities. Encourage innovation and experimentation within the project.

Qualifications

• Successful track record of founding and/or leading startups.
• Strong understanding of relevant industries and market trends.
• Ability to provide effective guidance and support to early-stage startups.
• Familiarity with venture capital and investment processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation, risk-taking, and driving business growth.
