Summary

At NPC Group we are dedicated to identifying high-potential opportunities in the rapidly evolving digital asset space. We are seeking a talented Developer Relations Engineer to foster and nurture relationships with our developer community. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and support developers who use our products and services.

Overview

NPC Group is a partner firm of Polygon Labs aiming to incubate, fund, and accelerate projects building on Polygon network. We are a small group of motivated crypto native

individuals focused on building interesting projects while collaborating with talented people and founders to generate returns.

As a Developer Relations Engineer at NPC Group, you'll actively contribute to projects—guiding teams, troubleshooting challenges, managing documentation and ensuring seamless integration with the Polygon ecosystem. You'll be helping developers unlock the full potential of Polygon’s scaling solutions, including Polygon PoS, zkEVM, and Polygon CDK.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a thriving community through forums, social media, and events.
• Collect and apply developer feedback to improve the developer experience.
• Provide timely and effective support through various channels (email, forums, social media) to developers.
• Create and manage high-quality technical content (tutorials, documentation, sample code).
• Collaborate with partners and third-party developers to integrate our products.
• Represent NPC Group at industry events to increase brand awareness and engage developers.

Qualifications

• Passion for Web3.
• B.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with startups, particularly in web3 development or developer relations.
• Strong technical communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to learn new technologies.
• Experience with web3 developer communities and product improvements.
• Self-starter with autonomy in executing ideas.
